Fan Favorite Winner | Mt. Whitney, Inyo National Forest

My brother and I attempted a Whitney summit over Memorial Day weekend, but due to heavy snow were unable to. On the way out, we stopped by Lone Pine Lake to enjoy some scenery. I turned around to take in one last view before we were engulfed by the trees, and the clouds had made it look like the mountain was floating. Grabbed my camera before it went away and captured this amazing shot.
