Castle Crags Wilderness. This view is looking northwest from Castle Creek Road at about 4300 feet in the Shasta Trinity National Forest. I was on a 20 mile bike trip up this steep road and when I came around a bend I was stunned by this view of Castle Crags. Possibly the first photo ever taken of the Crags from this spot.
