Determined to find a new vantage point I pushed on past the busy pullout. In the distance you could see the moose responsible for such excitement, trudging through the deep snow, inspecting each bush along the way. I drove another 2 miles then parked. Camera in hand & bundled for a blizzard I walked the tree line until the forest opened to the valley. The moose now almost a mile away but headed in my direction. I sat against a tree & waited. 4 hours later this Bull Moose casually strolled by.
