Proxy Falls The hike to the falls is rated as one of the top hikes in Oregon and that says a lot. This water fall is great for photography because the volume of water is somewhat low (depending on the season) and its height is fairly tall making for many different closeups of cascades or different wide angle shots. I took some friends here for their first visit and they were amazed. One of life's best times (a theme for our Federal Sites).
