Before I arrived in Yosemite in May 2017 there had been a record snowfall in the Sierra that caused flooding in Yosemite valley that continued well into May. I had always hoped for this so I could get reflections of Yosemite Falls and El Capitan from many spots in the Valley. I felt very lucky.
