South of Anchorage AK, in Chugach National Forest is Turnagain Arm. At low tide, eagles are often seen digging for food in the the mud flats along the coast. We watched eagles for several minutes while they sparred for 'digging territory'. In this photo, two eagles are vying for the same spot, while terrifying a small gull! What an experience!
