The Gifford Homestead and Barn is my favorite place in Capitol Reef. I love the beauty of the barn with the Red Rocks in the background. We always make sure to stop at the Gifford Home and purchase their wonderful pies and then spend time enjoying them right there in the gorgeous surroundings.
