The Night at Zion There is something magical about Zion, its red cliffs, the Virgin river. It was a full moon night and landscape on the scenic Hwy 9 was lit in moonlight. Every time I get to see the beautiful starlit sky, I feel humbled to remember we live on a very tiny spot on this vast ever expanding universe. Foreground shows the famous sandstone crossbedding or skip rock found at Zion. We just had one night at Zion and we feel fortunate to have experienced the Zion’s magic at that night.
